Q. Is SWBB's Product Kid-Friendly?

A. Absolutely. One of the our goals is to provide you with product that is safe for the entire family- no cheap fillers, just the pure and simple good stuff.

Q. Does SWBB ship? 

A. Yes! Salt Water Bath Bombs ships Canada wide. To get your shipping quote just select the products you wish to purchase and go to the checkout. You will be asked for your shipping information and the shipping estimate will be calculated. Flat rate shipping is available for $10 on all orders over $50 within Canada. Please allow for 1-2 business days for SWBB processing in addition to your regular shipping time issued by Canada Post.

Q. Does SWBB offer local pickups?

A. Yes! We offer free pickups in Gander and St. John's. St. John's pickups are in Kenmount Terrace. Gander orders are sent out every couple of weeks with a free pickup location on Mitchell Street

Q. How do I know when and where to pick up locally?

A. We will email or text you with all the details for pickup.

Q. Can someone else pick up my order for me?

A. Yes. If you wish to have someone pick up a order for you all you have to do is notify us via email at saltwaterbathbombs@gmail.com or through our Facebook page at www.facebook.com/SWbathbombs 

Q. Can I cancel my order and receive a full refund?

A. All our product is handmade especially for your order. Our goal is to make sure each order is produced freshly once the order is placed. For this reason, a 50% cancellation fee is in place for all orders placed through the www.swbb.ca and Facebook. Custom orders are non-refundable. 

Q. How long will it take to get my order?

A. We allow 5 business days for orders to be processed (although we usually have them out quicker than that). During promotions where orders are coming in at high volumes, we allow 10 business days for production time.
